Finding the Right Size for Your Space
Every Unchained canvas is listed in inches, width first, and printed in portrait orientation. We offer six sizes, from an intimate 8x12" that fits on a shelf to a commanding 24x36" that anchors an entire wall. The chart below shows each size with its approximate metric equivalent, along with the spaces where it tends to shine.

Room by Room Guidance
Above a Couch
A good rule of thumb is to choose art that spans roughly two thirds the width of your sofa. For most couches that points to our 20x30" or 24x36" canvases. Hang the piece so its lower edge sits a hand's width or so above the backrest, close enough to feel connected to the furniture without crowding it. If one canvas feels too narrow, consider hanging two portrait pieces side by side, and remember that our current offer gives you 20% off the second canvas when you buy one.
Above a Bed
The wall above a headboard is one of the most peaceful places for Scripture inspired art. A single 16x20" or 20x30" canvas centered over the bed creates a calm focal point you see at the start and end of every day. For wider beds, a pair of 12x18" canvases hung with a small gap between them balances the space beautifully.
Above a Console or Sideboard
Console tables and sideboards call for art that complements rather than dominates. A 12x16" or 16x20" canvas works well here, leaving room on the surface below for a lamp, plants or family photos. Keep the canvas centered over the furniture and let the wall around it breathe.
In a Hallway
Hallways are usually viewed up close, so smaller sizes feel most natural. Our 12x16" and 12x18" canvases are ideal, hung at eye level, which for most homes means the center of the artwork sits about 57 to 60 inches from the floor. A row of matching 8x12" pieces also turns a plain corridor into a quiet gallery of faith.
A Note on Frames
Every design is available in two formats: a clean Frameless Canvas and a Wooden Canvas finished with a Natural Oak, Walnut, Black or White frame. If you choose the framed option, keep in mind that the frame adds a small border around the print, so the finished piece will hang slightly larger than the canvas size listed above.
