Are your canvases printed or hand painted?
Each Unchained piece is a fine art print rather than a hand painted original. We reproduce every design on artist grade poly cotton canvas using fade resistant inks, so the colors stay deep and true for years of daily viewing. Printing also lets us keep our art affordable enough for every home that wants Scripture on its walls.
Which canvas formats can I choose from?
We offer two formats. The Frameless Canvas is stretched taut over a hidden inner frame for a clean, borderless look that suits modern spaces. The Wooden Canvas adds a floating wooden frame around the print, available in Natural Oak, Walnut, Black or White, for a finished gallery presentation.
What sizes are available?
Our designs come in six sizes, from a quiet accent for a shelf or hallway to a full statement piece above the sofa:

Does my canvas arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Both the Frameless Canvas and the Wooden Canvas arrive ready to hang straight out of the box, with the hanging hardware already fitted. There is nothing to assemble: unwrap your piece, choose the wall, and hang it.
Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every canvas is made to order, so please allow a few business days for us to print, stretch and inspect your piece before it leaves the workshop. Once dispatched, delivery averages 2 to 5 business days for most destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The moment your canvas ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your order, so you can follow it from our workshop to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Unchained delivers worldwide, and international orders ship free just like all the others. Delivery times for more remote destinations can run a little longer than our usual 2 to 5 business day window, and your tracking link will keep you updated along the way.
Returns and Warranty
What is your return policy?
Every order is protected by our 30 day money back guarantee. If a piece does not feel right in your home, reach out through our contact page within 30 days of delivery and we will walk you through the return and refund your purchase in full.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack each canvas with great care, but couriers are not always as gentle. If your artwork arrives damaged or flawed, send us a photo of the piece and its packaging through our contact page and we will produce a replacement for you free of charge.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, and it lasts as long as your canvas does. Every print carries a lifetime warranty on print quality: if the image ever fades, peels or reveals a printing defect, contact us and we will replace it at no cost. Faith deserves art that endures, and we stand behind ours.
Can I exchange my canvas for a different size?
Certainly. If the size you ordered does not suit the wall, let us know through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Return the original piece in new condition and we will send the size you need. In some cases a small shipping fee may apply to the exchange.

Do you have any current offers?
