Every Unchained canvas is made to order and printed on artist grade poly cotton canvas with fade resistant inks. We believe art that carries faith into your home should endure, so we back every piece with a Lifetime Warranty on print quality, materials, and craftsmanship. If your canvas ever develops a defect covered below, we will replace it free of charge, no matter how long ago you ordered.
This warranty applies to both of our formats: the Frameless Canvas and the Wooden Canvas with a Natural Oak, Walnut, Black, or White frame, across all six sizes from 8x12" to 24x36".
What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
- Fading, peeling, or discoloration of the print under normal indoor display conditions
- Manufacturing defects in print quality, such as banding, blurring, or misprints
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship, including canvas or coating flaws
- Frame warping or structural defects on Wooden Canvas frames
What Is Not Covered
- Accidental damage, such as drops, tears, punctures, or impact after delivery
- Misuse or improper handling, including cleaning with harsh chemicals
- Normal wear caused by improper placement, for example prolonged direct sunlight, high humidity, moisture, or heat sources
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repair attempts

- Attach clear photos of the defect so our team can verify the problem.
- Once your claim is approved, we will send a free replacement or work with you on another solution that puts things right.
