Welcome to Unchained. This website is operated by Unchained, a store devoted to Christian canvas wall art. Throughout these pages, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to Unchained, and "you" refers to anyone who visits our site or places an order with us.
By browsing this website or purchasing from our store, you accept these Terms of Service in full, together with the additional policies referenced here or linked elsewhere on the site. If any part of these terms does not sit right with you, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the site or our services.
Our store runs on the Shopify platform, which provides the technology that allows us to offer our artwork to you online. Any new features or products added to the store in the future will also fall under these Terms of Service.
1. Use of the Site
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are supervising any minor who uses this site with your permission.
When using our site, you agree that you will not:
- Use the site or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that breaks the laws of your jurisdiction, including copyright law.
- Upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other code designed to harm or disrupt the site, other websites, or the internet.
- Collect or track the personal information of others, or engage in spamming, phishing, scraping, or similar activity.
- Harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against anyone, or submit false or misleading information.
- Interfere with or attempt to bypass the security features of the site.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, and a breach of these terms may result in the immediate end of your access to our services.
If you choose to send us ideas, suggestions, or other creative material, whether we asked for them or not, you agree that we may use, edit, and publish that material without restriction or compensation, and that we are under no obligation to keep it confidential or to respond. You remain responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit, and you agree it will not infringe the rights of any third party.
2. Products and Pricing
Every Unchained canvas is made to order and printed on artist grade poly cotton canvas with fade resistant inks. Our artwork is available in two formats: a Frameless Canvas, and a Wooden Canvas framed in Natural Oak, Walnut, Black, or White. Each design comes in six sizes: 8x12", 12x16", 12x18", 16x20", 20x30", and 24x36".
We work hard to display the colors and details of our artwork as faithfully as possible. Even so, screens vary, and we cannot promise that the colors you see on your device will match the finished canvas exactly.
Prices, product descriptions, and promotional offers may change at any time without notice. Our current bundle offer, Buy One, Get the Second 20% Off, is subject to change or withdrawal at our discretion. We may limit the quantities of any product we sell, restrict sales to certain regions on a case by case basis, or discontinue a product at any time. Where our site contains a typographical error, an inaccuracy, or an omission relating to pricing, promotions, or availability, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, to cancel affected orders, including orders that have already been placed.
Your canvas is also covered by our lifetime warranty on print quality.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including your email address and payment details, so we can process your order and reach you if needed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. If we change or cancel an order, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you using the email or billing details you provided at checkout.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Other content you share with us may be transmitted unencrypted across various networks and adapted to the technical requirements of connecting systems.
4. Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Because each canvas is made to order, please allow time for production before your piece is dispatched. Full details on production and delivery can be found on our shipping information page, and you are welcome to reach out through our contact page with any questions about your delivery.
Transit times shown on our site are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
5. Returns and Refunds
We stand behind our work with a 30 day money back guarantee. If your canvas does not bring you the joy you hoped for, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Products are eligible for return or exchange only as described in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including artwork, designs, product images, text, and branding, belongs to Unchained or its licensors. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the site, its content, or our services without our express written permission.
Purchasing a canvas gives you ownership of that physical piece, not a license to reproduce the design in any form.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our utmost to keep this site accurate, secure, and available, but we cannot guarantee that your use of the site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free. The material on this site is provided for general information and may occasionally contain historical or outdated content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any part of the service at any time without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.
Except where we have expressly stated otherwise, the site and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect the specific commitments we make elsewhere, such as our 30 day money back guarantee and our lifetime warranty on print quality, nor any rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unchained and those who work with us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs. In jurisdictions that do not allow such exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.
You agree to indemnify and hold Unchained harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party because of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third party right.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect. These Terms of Service, together with the policies posted on this site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the service.

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements through which we provide services to you, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted counts as acceptance of those changes.
