Free Worldwide Shipping on Every Order
Every Unchained canvas ships completely free, anywhere in the world. There are no minimum order amounts and no shipping fees added at checkout. Whether your artwork is headed across town or across an ocean, delivery is our gift to you.
Made to Order, Prepared With Care
Each piece in our collection is created especially for you the moment your order is placed. Your chosen artwork is printed on artist grade poly cotton canvas with fade resistant inks, then finished in the format you selected: a clean Frameless Canvas, or a Wooden Canvas framed in Natural Oak, Walnut, Black, or White.
Because every canvas is made to order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to produce, inspect, and dispatch your artwork before it begins its journey to you.

Once your order leaves our production facility, transit times are as follows:

Adding processing and transit together, most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days of purchase. These estimates reflect typical carrier performance; busy seasons and weather can occasionally add a little time.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your canvas ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Please allow 1 to 2 business days after dispatch for the carrier to activate your tracking details.
Need to Change Your Shipping Address?
Since each canvas moves into production quickly, please reach out through our contact page right away if you spot an error in your delivery details. Include your order number and the corrected address.
- Before dispatch: we can usually update your address without any trouble.
- After dispatch: once a package is with the carrier, we are no longer able to redirect it, so the sooner you write to us, the better.
International Orders and Customs
Orders traveling internationally may occasionally pause for routine customs inspection, which can add a few days beyond the estimates above. Any import duties or taxes are set by the customs authority in your country and, where applied, are the responsibility of the recipient. Most of our customers receive their canvas without any customs charges at all.
Is Your Package Running Late?
If your delivery window has passed and your canvas has not arrived, here is what we recommend:
- Check your tracking link for the latest scan and any delivery notes from the carrier.
- Look around your delivery location, and ask household members or neighbors whether the package was accepted on your behalf.
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation email is correct.
- Still nothing? Reach out to us through our contact page with your order number, and we will investigate right away.
Every order travels with priority insured shipping. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, let us know through the contact page and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
