Return Policy

Every Unchained canvas is made to carry a message of faith into your home, and we want it to feel like a blessing from the moment you unwrap it. If your artwork falls short of that in any way, we will make it right. This page explains how returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations work.

Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, an exchange or a refund. Within that window, if the piece is not what you hoped for, you are welcome to send it back for your money back. Beyond returns, the print itself is protected for life by our lifetime warranty on print quality.

Condition of Returned Items

So that we can accept your return, we ask a few simple things:

  • The canvas should be in the same condition in which it reached you, unused and undamaged.
  • Please keep and reuse the original packaging so the artwork travels home safely.
  • The refund can only be released once the item has made its way back to us, so returning it is part of the process.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your canvas arrives damaged, shows a printing fault, or is not the piece you ordered, that is on us. Send a few clear photos of the issue through our contact page and we will put a replacement into production free of charge, or refund your order in full, whichever you prefer. Your photos serve as proof, so please include them with your first message to speed things up.

Changed Your Mind?

That is completely fine. You can still return the artwork within the 30 day window. In this case we ask you to arrange and cover the cost of the return shipment, and we will refund you once the canvas is back with us.

Exchanges for Size or Style

Ordered a size that does not quite fit the wall, or wishing you had chosen a different look? We are glad to exchange it. Our canvases come in six sizes, from 8x12" up to 24x36", and in two formats: the Frameless Canvas and the Wooden Canvas with a Natural Oak, Walnut, Black or White frame, so there is room to find the perfect match.

  • The original piece must come back to us in new condition.
  • You may be asked to cover the shipping cost of the replacement piece.
  • Exchanges depend on the availability of the size or style you are switching to.

Order Cancellations

Each canvas is made to order and printed just for you on artist grade poly cotton canvas, so whether we can cancel depends on how far along your order is:

  • If printing has not started and nothing has shipped, we can cancel your order and refund you in full.
  • Once your piece is in production or on its way, cancellation is no longer possible. Your 30 day money back guarantee still applies after delivery, so you are never stuck with it.

Exclusions: Digital Downloads

Because digital artwork is delivered instantly, downloads cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund. If something is wrong with your file, for example an incorrect format or a quality problem, let us know via the contact page and we will supply a corrected file or help you resolve it.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Message us through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a short note explaining the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, attach photos as proof.
  4. We will reply with clear instructions and walk you through every step.
  5. As soon as the returned item reaches us, we issue your refund.

Refund Processing Times

Refunds are released once the returned artwork has arrived back with us. After that, the money is sent to your original payment method and typically shows on your statement within 3 to 7 business days.
